These Italian-made Cosimo leather loafers from Ferragamo feature a smooth calf leather construction and are adorned with a titanium-finished Gancini branded clamp on the sides. The slightly squared toe, stitching with piping on the vamp, fabric lining, leather insole, and rubber sole evoke the design of boat shoes.
