Purpose
John Julia Marketplace, Inc. ("the Company") is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethics, transparency, and legal compliance. This Whistleblower Policy is designed to provide a process for employees, contractors, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to report unethical, illegal, or improper conduct without fear of retaliation.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, officers, board members, suppliers, and other stakeholders. It covers concerns related to:

- Financial misconduct or fraud

Reports may be made anonymously, but providing contact information helps the investigation.
Confidentiality and Anonymity
All reports will be handled with confidentiality to the extent possible. Anonymous reports are accepted, although providing contact information allows for a more thorough investigation.
Investigation and Resolution
Upon receiving a report, the Company will:
- Acknowledge receipt of the report if contact information is provided.
- Conduct a preliminary assessment.
- Assign an independent investigator to thoroughly review the concern.
- Take corrective action if necessary, including disciplinary actions or legal reporting.
Where appropriate, the whistleblower will be informed of the investigation's outcome.
Protection Against Retaliation
John Julia Marketplace, Inc. prohibits retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith. Retaliation includes but is not limited to:
- Dismissal or demotion
- Reduction in pay or hours
- Harassment or discrimination
Anyone found retaliating will face disciplinary action.
False Reporting
Knowingly making false accusations will result in disciplinary action.
Policy Review
This policy will be reviewed annually by the Company’s legal and compliance teams.
